My husband is making pork chops, steamed carrots and broccoli, and mashed potatoes.

Everyone's meals sound so good. It's hard for me to get motivated to cook for just me.

I bought some grass fed beef at Whole Foods, so I will make a hamburger, minus the bun, no cheese & a dill pickle on the side.

I want to eat at RCW's house.

my costco meal:
cheese fondue w/ carrots, rosemary bread, & ham & shrimp cocktail

Strangely satisfying. Baby was only interested in the carrots though.

Take and bake pizzas from wal mart.

They were good!

Hope my springybits don't get caught in the crock-potty. (I really need a hobby)

We finished off some left over meatload and white cheddar macaroni and then I roasted some broccoli. We almost never have dessert, but tonight we had some yellow cake with chocolate icing.

Anytime! I cook every day. Anyone who's still jumping on my trampoline at 6pm gets invited to eat dinner over. I have a couple extra kids every night. I don't think a lot of people cook dinner much anymore, judging by these kids who tell me they're having junk for dinner.

All 3 of my guys love it. The youngest will beg me to make shells. They watch the oven timer, constantly letting me know how much time is left, then count down the last few seconds. Then, the groans and upset over having to let it sit for 15 minutes. You'd think I'm torturing them or something!

Spinach and artichoke dip with chips and the Chicken Apple Walnut Salad at Applebees. Plus a Bahama Mama and a Perfect Margarita.

I had spinach ravioli and turkey meatballs with homemade tomato sauce and the baby had a hot dog, some tomatoes, and some pierogies.

I have no clue-maybe leftover macaroni and a salad...I need to find the rice & beans thread (got the rice and bunches of different dried beans, but never cooked 'em before)-I wonder if I can do those in a crock pot for later this week....

Last night was a mess - SO got home very late so bad pizza was my dinner.

Tonight should be better. Roasted chicken with the red potatoes cooked in the same pan with garlic. I think I will steam up some fresh carrots too! Love carrots I just don't cook them that much because I hate slicing them but now that i remember to use my mandolin slicer ---- soooo much faster!

A rainy, cold, blustery day just SCAH-REAMED for chili! So it's in the crock pot and smells divine! It's our 8 year anniversary today and DH is thrilled to have that for dinner..one of his favorites.
