Meusli and blackberry yogurt. The rain just stopped for a minute so I think I'll walk down to the village and get a latte.

I had a bowl of raisin bran and some tea. The tea was really bad because my roommate kept blocking my way to the kettle, so by the time I poured, it was already cold

Whole wheat and sesame bagel, toasted in the broiler with reduced fat spicy cream cheese on half and organic provolone on the other half.

2 cups of TJ coffee laced with chocolate and cinnamon, served with soy milk.

Delicious.

I LOVE breakfast

A rare thing happened here today.. my DH made us breakfast. He's been wanting a toaster forever and we finally got one and it's been toastpalooza around here. He does NOT cook, but can make a mean fried egg. I won't discuss the mess he makes doin it though.

Two slices of whole wheat toast one with pumpkin butter the other with a fried egg. More cups of coffee than I care to mention.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

Tomorrow morning will be one (or two or three) of the portobello mushroom caps I made today. I just got in an order of yummy super sharp handmade farm cheese, so I took the mushroom caps, sprinkled with EVOO, layered bread crumbs, then cheese on top. Soooo good! I also have a handful of pomegranate seeds. I will likely stop at Starbucks for some coffee, since that's the only coffee shop near me.... I'm going on a 5 hour horsebackride. It'll be an early start!

Yummm. I love Cafe con leche. We have this Cuban restaurant that DH and I frequent and I always have to get one when we go.

Sadly breakfast this morning will consist of Grape Nuts and some Pillsbury Orange Cinnamon rolls.

Breakfast taco aka: hangover remedy containing:
tortilla, cheese, bacon, beans, egg, potatoes.

Oh how I wish I had one right now... All I have managed to get down so far is some water ...
