I LOVE breakfast... but I love sleeping in more. Alas, on the weekdays I usually eat a tupperware full of cereal at my desk at work.

On the weekends though, and even sometimes for weekday dinnertime, I LOVE french toast, pancakes, waffles, egg sandwiches, BACON,scrambled eggs with chorizo and beans, biscuits... oh the list could seriously go on forever.

I am being totally unhealthy and having chicken cordon bleu.

I have to go in to work today, and am putting it off. No one else will be there, and technically I don't have to be AT work to work, but I know I'll be more efficient if I'm there. So I'm spoiling myself first!

My husband is having leftover pizza. I don't know what I'm going to make for myself. Probably just some toast and scrambled eggs. I must have real breakfast food though, no matter how late I sleep in.

Two scrambled eggs and a piece of whole wheat toast with smart balance buttery stuff. And coffee.

I just woke up a few minutes ago - just about 5 hours later than usual. Yeah, ya know those people that say, "Oh, I have to get up early during the week and I just CAN'T sleep in on the weekends!"? I'm not one of 'em.

Just woke up...sipping my mocha latte before I decide what to eat. Maybe a ham sandwich.

2 scrambled eggs, organic of course, and bottled water.

Yeah, weirdos! I sleep late on the weekend BECAUSE I get up early during the week.

Same here! I hate mornings with a fiery passion, but I have to be at work at 8. No problems sleeping in on the weekends for me! Those people baffle me. My mom is one of those freaks - "Oh I slept in late today. I didn't get up till 7:30!"

Two cups of coffee and whole-wheat toast.

But huevos rancheros are sounding mighty good to me now. Maybe I'll have second breakfast.
