Default Can a sweater dress be repaired?

I washed a sweater dress and it now has two holes in it. Can sweater material be fixed (and still look presentable)?

Sadly, probably not unless you know a VERY skilled hand-knitter or someone who knows how to do machine knitting and has the machine.

Where are the holes?

You can depending on where the holes are. Also you can fix a large hole/rip if you have a needle with a very large eye and yarn/thread the same color and texture.

In the stomach area and on my left shoulder blade in back. Very visible areas...
