Thumbs down Baby corn

No matter what brand, no matter how it's packed & stored, no matter if it's rinsed or not, no matter how it's cooked, it all tastes like how dirt smells, with a little mold thrown in.

Is it just me?!

I TOTALLY agree with you. It tastes like dirt. I think the same thing of pickled beets.

I love corn, but I can't stand the baby corn.

Baby corn freaks me out. It's like little alien corn, or something... I can't even eat it because it looks so weird.

Ugh. It looks like little reptile tails. Like a lizard tail. Gross.

I call it nuclear corn and hate it mostly.Been picking out of Chinese food for years. But Trader Joe makes a vegetable hodgepodge with frozen baby corn and it doesn't have that nasty taste and smell. It's actually pretty good.

I wish UT had Trader Joe's.

I wonder if Whole Foods has something with "clean" baby corn.

I don't even think it has that much taste, but for some reason, my sister and I used to fight over who got to pick the baby corn out of our mom and dad's food when we ate Chinese! Maybe it had something to do with the movie Big?
