Default How do women wear clothes without wearing underwear? (Adult, maybe)

Lately, I've been hearing that a lot of women go out without wearing underwear under their clothes. I was just wondering, how do women do that? I would imagine that it would be uncomfortable to wear jeans without underwear. Also, what do they do when they get their period?

I have no clue how they do it. Even when not having a period, I'm a daily panty-liner addict. I like my clothing to stay dry.

Tampons for periods.

Doesn't the friction of jeans cause chafting?

I never wear underwear with my jeans.

I couldn't do it on my period even with super plus tampons for the first couple of days.

I remember there being a thread about this a year or so ago. I think it made an interesting turn. LOL! But anyway, they have inserts you can place inside of jeans to prevent chaffing and whatnot. And no...I don't go commando, unless I'm in the house(mostly when sleep). Never outside with regular clothes(or during my monthly).

LiveGoldin-

Your drawers are that tight that they keep stuff from jiggling?

Edit: on the jean inserts for going commando, I saw them on the Today show. And the stuff sticks to itself worse than Saran wrap. KLG made a comment that it would be real bad to wear one and have it get stuck somewhere unless you're "clean as a whistle."

I was like what's being clean got to do with it? Then I figured out "clean" was a euphemism for "hairless."

Hee.

If I went commando with pants, I could only wear them once. I like the idea of commando with skirts, but I would be too self-conscious.

What are the benefits to going commando? Besides not having a thong riding high and pants riding low.

No VPL and for some comfort. I think it also makes some women feel sexy.

Doesn't daily vaginal discharge become an issue? If you wore pants without undies, wouldn't you have to wash them after one use?

Wouldn't you normally wash most pants after one use?

I wear most pants, especially jeans, a few times before I wash them. However, aside from my underwear I generally will check the "cleanliness factor" of something before I decide to wash it--I find I can wear most pants, sweaters, dresses, and skirts more than once, but everthing else I need to wash every time. I guess it can be a bit different in the summer and things need more washing.

Yeah, the sniff test is my method.

Same. To me, something isn't necessarily "dirty" just because I've worn it once. Though the day's shirt and underwear are all thrown into the hamper promptly.

To OP: Hmm, I don't know much about the usual logistics but I can't imagine commando + period ever working out.

Yea, I wear pants quite a few times before I wash them. I had no clue there were people out there who washed their jeans after wearing them once. Lol

Jeans, not usually. But other pants I might wear only once before washing.

Before I had kids, I would wear my jeans 2-3 times before washing, but in the past 10 years, I don't think a day has gone by that some form of crap has not magically appeared somewhere on my jeans. So I'm an "every wearing" washer.

(truth be told, I can't even blame the crap on them, I've just gotten messier)
