I'm wearing bras that I've had for 3 years and they're still like new. I wish I had to wash them every few days because that'd mean I got rid of this super dry skin.

No sweating. No skin oils. Chronic insomnia. Maybe you're a vampire.

Right now I've got three bras that fit. I generally alternate the three during the week (so I wear each one either two or three times) then wash them all with my regular laundry, and hang to dry. Works for me.

I sometimes wear a bra all week long. Gross, I know. If it feels or smells dirty I wear a different one. I will wait until I have three or four dirty and I wash them in a mesh bag with my clothes and hang dry them.
Now, that I realize I am completely gross, maybe I should wear them two or three times, and alternate them.
I have 6 or 7 good bras and a few bras that don't fit as well but can be used if the others are not available.

Most of my bras are cheap bras from Target because with weight gain/loss, my bra size keeps changing and I don't want to spend a lot of money on bras until it settles down. So, with most of them, I wash them with laundry of similar colors but no special care. I just bought a "bra ball" though so I've been using that with the nicer ones. I should be kinder to my bras!

I wash mine after about two wearings, or one if I feel gross.
This is very true, especially about getting some good lingerie wash. I was told at the bra shop I go to not to use dish detergent or even Woolite, because it's bad for the elastic. They also told me to always hand wash them and hang them up to dry. That makes them last longer.

Hey, and what's so wrong with being gross, anyways? LOL
No, I probably should change it more often...just because I don't smell odor on them doesn't mean other's don't, right? It's not like I don't have enough to rotate out.

The funny thing is I'm very particular about hygiene otherwise. I shower everyday...I wash my hair way more than I should...but when it comes to bras...and to jeans...not so much. I will wear jeans three times before washing them (unless I'm in a particularly smoky area and it reeks of smoke).
I guess we all have our quirks. But I think for the sake of my DH and anybody else who comes near me, I will switch out my bras more often...LOL

It still doesn't mean you're dirty. I wear my jeans 2-3 times in the winter. I figure that I wash and dry certain areas and put on clean undies everyday and "it" doesn't touch the jeans. They're clean.
I wear bras Monday through Friday and then toss them in the wash. I live in sports bras on the weekend unless I have to go somewhere other than Walmart or the grocery store.

I also wear bras for more than a day. Up to 2 days in the summer, up to a week in the winter (not consecutive days). They don't smell or get dirty in a day. When they get sweaty in the summer, that's when I will wash them. I shower every day. I have a lot of bras, but there are 3 that I wear consistently (the 3 Balis wire-free ones I raved on).

i just wash them when I decide they need to be washed, it's not very scientific. I have more than 20 bras... (i have this thing for lingerie... )so i have plenty to rotate, but I still have my favourites, which tend to get pulled out and washed more often. I have a few lingerie wash bag things that I just chuck them in and put them in the wash with everything else. It's only my super nice... silk and super delicate ones that I hand wash with a very mild detergent.
I know there is a specially designed detergent available just for lingerie... not sure what it's called though?

Thank god some of you are slobs, too! Haha.
I wear the same bra without washing it a few times a week, mostly during the winter. Basically, I wash bras when they look or smell like they need to be washed.
So, let's all be gross together!

Usually I wear the same one twice before I wash it, once if it's been a sweaty day.
I am a bit weird when it comes to bras though, I hand-wash them only. I pay so much money for them (awkward size) that I am making sure I get a long use out of them!

Same here except I put em in the dryer unless its one of my pushups, those get hanged and maybe handwashed if I'm not too lazy. Right now I only have 2 bras for daily wear.

wow...I have about 15 bras in various colors, designs, fittings (plunge, tshirt, push-up) and which one I wear depends on what kind of top I'm wearing and what mood I'm in. I tend to wear them 2-3 times before I wash them (which depends on if I wore them all day or just going out for a few hours). I'm also anal about my bras and panties matching (or at the very least color coordinating) so I have about a 2 month supply of undies.
I wash my bras on delicate cycle, cold water, with woolite. Usually, I hang them up to dry, but lately, I've been tossing them in the dryer (i know I know bad bad NCC).
The only problem I have is that I get deodorant on my bras under the arms and it can be a PTA to remove. Anyone got some good methods for removing that?

Wear them once and wash.
I don't get why bras are different from any other piece of clothing. Do you wear your tops that many times before washing?
