I bought reduced sodium bacon today. I don't know if I should hang my head in shame for buying reduced sodium or in shame for buying bacon. Again.

But I can't wait to eat it!!!!

I don't think either is shameful!

Some bacon can be way, way too salty.

Have you tried the PC thick bacon? My Dad says its the best he has ever had, even better then the butcher they normally get it from.

^^^no, i haven't tried that one. i think it would be good for those bacon cups with the eggs baked in pictured above!



i bought thick cut bacon to make my carbonara this weekend instead of pancetta!
