I have a solution of 50/50 water/vinegar that I put in a spray bottle, and use as I would any all-purpose cleaner
I do, too! And I also put it in the rinse thingy in the dishwasher, AND in the laundry (though I didn't know it had fabric softening qualities, I just thought it boosted the detergent power)
I can't even remember the last time I bought regular cleaners, except Pine-Sol (love that stuff). I'd buy baking soda more often, but I need an easy-dispense container to put it in, and can't think of anything suitable. I hate using it out of the box.
In addition to using it as a all purpose cleaner, I use it on my stainless steel appliances. Much cheaper than those speciality cleaners.
I also use it to keep my drains running smoothly.. About once a week or so, I boil a kettle of water, then pour some down the drain, then some vinegar.. wait a bit and repeat.
