Default Help me pick a new eye shadow

I need order something from meow and I thought, I'd order a new eye shadow while I'm at it. But I have no idea what to get. I've almost exclusively stuck with browns and greys. I have no idea what other colors I would look good in.

I would prefer ordering a full size instead of a sample, because I am really bad about procreating this kind of stuff.

So here's a picture of me. I don't think I'm wearing any make-up in it. My meow foundation color is frisky siamese if that helps. Here are my choices. I already have the caffeine buzz. I love it, but it's very dramatic and I don't feel comfortable wearing it very much. I'm specifically looking for something that's more everyday. But with the level of my cluelessness all suggestions are welcome.

TIA!

I think a green would look good... Tranquility or Feline Fatale look nice. I have Feline Fatale in one of their shimmers and I use it as an accent in my crease with a light brown/taupe on my eye lid. You have the same color eyes I do, so browns/greens are my stand-by colors.

I'm partial to the look of purples with brown eyes, always found that combination really pretty.

Dusty purple strikes me as the best bet. Rhythm N Mews (love that name, lol) is a dusty soft grey and purple, so you might find that pretty safe.

This is a great read It's not about color so much (is in the beginning) but I was experimenting with the advice yesterday and found that it was incredibly helpful. Some counter intuitive measures in there wound up creating a flattering look.

I was thinking the "B****y" would look great on your lids; if you want a natural, everyday type of look, a peachy-pink would be beautiful with your coloring!

Thumbs up

We have similar coloring (skin, hair and eyes!) and I usually use browns (look like skinny b, agile, provocative) for everyday. But I like to add some darker purple or teal or green for accent sometimes. I think caffeine buzz and catlike would be great accent colors, as well as gettin' tail (and catchoo if you go light and get brave!).

I'll watch this thread for suggestions that I can use as well.
