Default how often do you wash your hair?

Just curious. My last CO-wash was on Thursday (so ... hmmm... 4 days ago.) I have just been rinsing it in the shower daily since then. I actually had a really really nice hair day on day 3 ... sigh.
I'll probably wash it again in the morning.

I CO-wash it every time I go swimming...so about 5 days a week. If I'm not swimming for some reason, then every-other-day.

I use a no-sulfate shampoo once or twice a week.

I wash/shampoo my hair everyday.

Needless to say, I'm not CG.

Shouldn't this be on the hair board?

When I feel like it. I don't have routines because I'm really lazy.

Co-wash it 1-3 times a week depending on how I'm styling it. Shampoo once a month or less.

I wash my hair no more than 3 times per week. I change up my shampoo/conditioner with PM or Biolage Hydratherapie, sometimes Redken or others. I get great deals on the Salon packs so I use those.

Sorry I'm new, would someone mind explaining what "co-wash" means?

Wash with conditioner (CG method) instead of shampoo.

Oh okay, thanks for that. I heard of that with the Wen products.

Same. And I use shampoo every time I wash.

I never rinse my hair in between - if it needs to bounce back in a few places, I just wet my hands and lightly scrunch to reactivate the gel.

Day 1 - freshly washed - is always iffy. Days 2, 3 and 4 are always good.

That's what I was thinking. You might get more responses on that board.

Hmm, I wet and condition my hair but don't really "co-wash" about every third day. I don't do anything to it in between. Huh, I guess I almost never wash my hair, but rinse and condition it 2-3 times per week. It definitely looks and smells clean, though, I promise!

every day with any old kind of shampoo. my hair loves water, so it's not dry, but it's probably a waste of products.

i need an intervention. i can NOT figure out how to do my hair without washing all the time. my hair looks dull if i try to co-wash.
