Does anyone here think they look boyish?
I look a little like Hilary Swank who is kind of boyish looking. Any others see themselves this way?

In some aspects, yes. I look quite a bit like my dad and uncle which is good in some ways but not so great -at least for a female- in others. I have my dad's nose and my uncle's mouth, both of which are on the masculine side. However, the men on that side of my family are also known for looking much younger than their real age (i.e. still getting carded at 40 years old). So if I inherit that as well, it's all good.

In the face, yes I do.
I frequent another forum and someone posted a site where you could change hair styles with various decades. Everybody looked pretty much the same or better, but me? Yikes...

I used to, 'til I grew boobs a 20 or so. I still am slim-hipped with no ass AT ALL, but the boobs make up for that.

Besides an average sized chest, I'm curveless!
So, body-wise, a little bit.
And on my not so great days I do feel as if I look a little manly sometimes. But, that's nothing that a few beauty products can't help, thankfully.

Heh, I was mistaken for a boy a lot until I turned 18. I shaved my head and wore boy clothes, and I didn't start growing any boobs until...well...just this year! (And I'm 20 btw) I have a really baby face--I can still pass off as 13 if I wear the right clothing. I was pretty androgynous before my boobs started growing and I started to grow my hair out.

TK, I didn't buy a bra until I was a sophomore in college. I had no need for one before that.
I was a late bloomer, I guess.

Hilary Swank looks more like a horse than she does a boy.

I wish you wouldn't visit this site anymore, RH. You have nothing to say that isn't nasty. I'm always horrified when I see you've attacked.....I mean, "posted"....again.

i hit puberty when i turned 30.
but i don't look boyish. even at my most flat-chested, i always had cleavage.
i don't think hillary swank looks boyish at all. she's got curves.

When I was younger and had straight hair I did. My mom kept it cut really short... think mushroom.

I believe the OP is talking about facial features though.

In the face yes. I was a late bloomer, so I did all around when I was younger. Made the mistake of getting a short haircut. I couldn't leave the house without full make-up or people would mistake me for a boy.

I have. And I did so purposely. I buy and wear clothes from the men's section and I have balled my head more than a couple of times.
No, I wasn't trying to go 'butch.' Balding your head usually signals a new beginning for women (or that you are trying to have a new beginning) and men's clothes are just downright friggin comfortable. The bald head felt really good too and I didn't have to do anything to my hair for like 2 months.
But I was never small and dainty. I got big hands, big feet, and a big head. I've never been mistaken for a dude tho (except by an old lady who was looking at the back of my bald head and called me 'sir'), and I'm told I look attractive (even when I was bald). I got little boobs but tons of hips and a pretty good amount of booty.

My figure is boyish now, but in the face? Nah. Although people always thought my brother and I were twins when we were young (two redheaded kids in one family + unfamiliarity with redheads = twins?). Considering that he just turned 49, I sure hope those days are over!
