I am not charismatic. I am nice, I am friendly, people seem to like me, but they are not inexorably drawn to me. I have charismatic friends, though, and it is fun to watch.

I'm not sure...but, I do come across as unassuming, I've been told...seems to be what draws people to me, and its usually the folks who other people think are 'less than' them or not good enough to speak to or associate with. Thats cool with me.
Its odd, because I've also been told that I seem intimidating...not sure how its possible for those two traits to exist at the same time.

I think I am polite and friendly, but I suppose I'm not very approachable to people who don't know me well. I try, though! I've always had a shyness problem, though I'm slowly getting over it.
When I worked in convenience stores, I was always told by customers how cheerful and funny I was all the time, and how much they liked my smile.
I think constantly trying to happy and charismatic to please my boss and the customers exhausted me more than any other part of my job. :P I know I can turn on the charm when I want/have to, but unfortunately it's just not part of my nature.

I've been told I'm charismatic. I am often the "front person" for various charities that I support, mainly because people will listen to me when they don't listen to anyone else. Whether it's in a board room, a training room, or one-on-one, people gravitate toward me and accept my ideas.
It's a super power, really, and one that I try very hard not to exploit.

I might be....people ARE drawn to me but I always assume it's because I smile at everyone, introduce myself and strike up conversations with people. I like people so they seem to like me,
The nature and marketing of my business puts me in the public eye alot which means I am the center of attention more than I would like to be sometimes.

No way, no how, though I wish I was charismatic and charming. I'm so shy that I think I actually put people off and make them feel uncomfortable. I think people thought it was cute when I was younger, but as I get older, it certainly ain't.

Charismatic preachers are a *type* of preacher who draws large followings - like televangelists (or those who end up becoming televangelists). They might be like a Benny Hinn, or they might preach prosperity like Creflo Dollar.

Thanks, Meghuney, that's nice of you to say so, but I'm really not. I might seem kinda charismatic on occasions (if that's possible), but generally I'm not at all. People don't naturally gravitate towards me, look to me for leadership, want to be around me etc.
