i tried it for the first time last year and local honey worked for both me and my daughter. i started taking it before the pollen got out of control, so im not exactly sure when it started working. every year im one of those people who is a sneezing, itchy eyed mess and last year i had no problems at all.
and thanks for starting this thread because ive been telling myself to get down to the farmer's market for some local honey for this very reason!
I've heard about this, but I'm hella bad about taking pills and vitamins and such, so I've never really tried. My allergies are not very severe, but I'm interested to hear other people's results.
You can add honey to tea, oatmeal, or on toast w/ peanutbutter. You don't have to take it in pill form. I took prescription allergy meds every spring and was able to stop with the Royal Jelly but local honey would be just as good.
I heard about this, but haven't done it yet. With Spring in the air, I plan on trying it.
From Michael Berg:
Every person has a unique connection to the Creator that can never be extinguished, and every person has a great soul that can manifest important things in our world. To make a person feel less than they are because of something inside themselves, be it faith, race, or sexual orientation, is the greatest sin of all."
