#1: Job Help!
I randomly applied for a business job and NOW i'm short listed for the interview. I applied it when i was going through i hate being an engineer phase. I'll be pursuing MBA soon , and i thought it might help to venture into something "business". The job title is Buss. Process Analyst:
Has any of you done this? What does it really mean i have to do? I have completely no idea..To assist Senior Analyst mainly in built the business process, collaborate and work closely with stakeholders in the various departments.
All processes should be set against ISO baseline. (e.g. ISO9K, ISO20K, ITIL, etc)
Responsible to design business process for the organization management and to the process owner.
Involve the initial process design when necessary
To ensure tools and techniques stated in process are use in the written process.
Ensure deployment activities/process transaction conducted smoothly
To monitor, measures and set targets for the process performance and improvement
To ensure process measurements are specified which will allow identification of the process’s performance and will measure the results of continuous process improvement activities
To assist Senior Analyst that to ensure process measurements are taken and reviewed by Process Owners on a monthly basis
To assist process improvement team to improve process effectiveness and efficiency, implement process, policy and procedural changes
To help to determines what continuous process improvement projects shall be defined
To coordinate with continuous improvement projects and be part o Project Improvement teams.
To responsible and involve in new launching product program or any special project.
To involve any assignment given by superior and Program Management Office (PMO) from time to time.
To ensure department targets are achieved.
And the end of the day , all you've got is yourself..
