I always liked Milky Ways better, but don't know if I'll be able to ever eat another...

What if I am allergic to nuts? Am I gay, too?

I can't vote in your poll, because whether or not I would be offended depends on your race, and also context/your intent.

When I worked at McDonald's (20 years ago), we had a code for when someone ordered a sundae:
male or female

Technically the peeps are the chick shaped ones. Everything else is peep-like. Do I need to school you all on peep classification?

Dude, it says "Peeps" on the box. If they choose to identify as peeps, who am I to question them?

If a marshmallow jack-o-lantern is gonna masquerade as a peep, you'd best believe I'm gonna call it out.

I don't really get this. Feelings either are or they aren't in any moment in time. If without all of that extra context you aren't offended, then I would think you would have to be not offended. But then, I tend to think that feelings have more to do with ourselves than others.
For me, the title in itself does not offend me, so that was my vote.

I think peeps are yummy. I like the white ones best because they have less food coloring in them. Or maybe I am suffering from internalized peepism!

I would assume the person saying "my black peeps" considers themselves black, because of the "my." I don't see how a white person could say that. It just wouldn't make sense.
That's why I didn't bat an eye when Ani started her thread entitled, "Question for my white peeps." She's half white herself, so I didn't think she meant for it to be offensive.
I *do* find it offensive when someone who is white tries to talk to me about stereotypical stuff they think black folk have an interest in. It happens to me very rarely, but when it does, it is definitely cringe-worthy.
