Now here's a spinoff question - would your husband consider it cheating if you hooked up with a girl while you were married?
My husband is convinced that I am bisexual as well. He said that it would be cheating if I hooked up with a chick while married.

I haven't ever had an experience with a woman, but if we were to separate, I would give it a go.

I dont think I could ever be in an emotional relationship with a woman, but I dont mind hittin' some azz.....ok, only two femme-femme encounters so far, and I dont regret either.

It's the opposite for me. I prefer to get some action from men, but I don't feel the same sort of connection with them as I do with women. I've never actually had a relationship (ie. boyfriend/girlfriend) with a guy, but I have with girls.
wow...interesting

I'm hetero, though in the past my boyfriend tried VERY hard to convince me otherwise. I'd look at his Playboys and feel nothing except an occasional, "She's pretty" or "I wish I had that skin tone" or "Those eyelashes are so fake!" Eventually he just dropped it.

Same here. There are many women I find to be very pretty - Angelina Jolie, etc., but that's as far as that goes for me.

Of course, there is a poster ON THIS BOARD who groped me in the Garden Ridge parking lot.

And it is SO cool how open and honest everyone is being....well, I guess this is a message board and no one probably cares anyway. LOL!

Same with mine (husband)! He doesn't understand why so may guys are obsessed with that.
Pixie, I'll ask my husband and get back to you on that...

That said I'm hetero. I think women are amazingly beautiful and it's okay watching women together in movies and stuff, however, it doesn't really make me think I have to try it. Who knows, maybe it's my loss.

That's almost as funny as the dancing uhhh... buk-buk (I don't remember if we ever decided on a name!)

I can relate to some of the things people have posted though, as to the original question. I have never had a girl/girl experience, never really wanted to, but the idea of it doesn't gross me out or anything...

If I were single, and it came up, it might have been something I would have tried. But I'm not, and it never did, and it's not as though I lie awake tormented by it. I guess that's why I consider myself hetero. I could never see myself in an actual relationship with a woman though... Friendship is as far as I can see that going

I think a lot of people "could" be bisexual, if that makes any sense!?

BTW, my husband is also the type who doesn't get the whole girl on girl fantasy thing - or atleast he tells me that!

*snort* I can totally see you doing this, though! An anguished look on your face, tossing and turning, punching your pillow, asking your cats over and over, "WHY?!" as you reach for the donuts I sent you in the mail... I'm too easily amused. (I heart Rheanna)

Sometimes I love my ability to get mental images easily. Other times, not so much.

Anyway, could you please have your husband explain to my boyfriend why the double-standard with sex between two homosexuals is NOT okay? My boyfriend gets all hot and bothered at the idea of two women getting it on, but gets seriously disgusted at the thought of two men together. I think I'll have to rent Brokeback Mountain and watch it in secret or something so as not to offend his half-assed "conservative" sensibilities.

That is really interesting. I am the same way as Sakkeh....very sexually attracted to some women, but I don't feel the same kind of relationship chemistry with them that I do with men.

I did. I posted it in another thread, oops! He said he does not see it as cheating as long as I don't carry on an EMOTIONAL relationship. However, it would be cheating if it were a MAN. Interesting to say the least.......

You're too much! I actually busted (I know, I know - it's burst, but I don't care!) out laughing at that, and spit out some water! hahaha...

You better not have sent me any donuts in the mail, missy! You .... you.... diet-sabotager!

My husband thinks two men is gross (as do I, b/c I agree, men are a bit funky lookin' ) but he's indifferent to the two women, so I guess there's still a bit of a double-standard there too...
Plus, I'm not so sure he's not lyin' anyway!

Bahaha, mission accomplished. Though I would have gotten bonus points if it had come out through your nose. I'll work harder next time.

I think I do a better job of sabotaging my own diet and motivating everyone ELSE rather than the other way around. I'm not the brightest crayon in the box.

God, let's not talk about crayons

I did baaad on my diet yesterday, but beside that I've been pretty good (I wish I wasn't too lazy to find a halo emoticon).

Man, I get all hot and bothered about ANYBODY getting it on. Two girls, two guys, a guy and a girl...it all floats my boat.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

I've been threatened that if I share that link I'll be "taken down" next time I'm in a Garden Ridge parking lot...
