I loved Wilson Phillips! I broke up with a guy that I had dated for 2 years and he wouldn't leave me alone. He was following me, breaking into my house, etc. I finally told him to listen to "Release Me" and he got the message.

I still hear that song and think of him. I also think I was pretty mean when I hear the lyrics. He was a nice guy with a broken heart. Ahhhh....young love.

Whenever I'm going through a really tough time, I BLAST "Hold On" and it makes me feel a lot better! Wish they were still making music...

We saw them in concert around 1990? They opened for Richard Marx. We actually went to see them, not Richard Marx (nothing against him, though!)

Carnie Wilson is currently the host for the new Newlywed Game on the Game Show network. I found it while flipping through channels.
