Do we have a "what's for dinner" thread this week?

Last night I made Jamie Oliver's chicken in milk recipe. Oh. My. God. Soooo good. My new favorite way to cook chicken.

I baked some sweet potatoes and cooked up some kale with garlic to go with it.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.
Tomorrow night will be a raw food dinner: raw lasagna and raw coconut ice cream, courtesy of the food processor.

Thursday nights are always black beans and rice in my house. I should serve a real veggie with it (because black beans don't count) but I'm usually too lazy.

Tonight is pork chops. I am having rice (I love rice) and SO will have a baked potato. And of course, apple sauce!! I think peas for veggies.

I have this recipe that I ripped from Rachel Rays magazine (I am a recipe ripper outter)-it is called Double Mushroom and Marsala Cream Fettuccine-I really want to make it but SO does not like mushrooms or fettuccine. I need to trade him in for a SO that likes adventurous food. Nah, just kidding, he has other qualities that make up for that issue. I also have a recipe that is rigatoni with prociutto and parmesan. I will have to wait until SO travels and have a pasta week!

Tonight I was supposed to make chicken enchiladas, but I did not feel like it, so I stopped at the Walmartz and got a thin-crust pizza.
