Do apple cider doughnut holes count as dinner?

We had lunch sort of late today so I think we'll just be snacking all evening. Dangerous!

LOL, I was thinking that WilE always says "messican" in these threads! SO and were talking the other day about how we have Mexican for dinner at least 3 days every week, usually homemade fajitas, tacos, or burritos, but also from this fabulous restaurant that's a 5 minute walk from our house

Must be a CA thing too

So I'm trying the chicken and milk recipe (finally). I'm roasting some potatoes to go along with it. Maybe steam some broccoli.

I hope it's as good as everyone says.

I am so trying this. Did you do the lid on or lid off version?
Lid on. And I only bothered to baste it once.
I made this today-I did it for an hour with the lid on and then took the lid off. It was very yummy. I knew SO (see prior info in this thread on his pickiness) would not be interested in the sauce so I just ignored that part. Well, almost. I took the garlic out of the skins and put them on my plate to eat with my meal..yumm! I made roasted potatoes and steamed carrots. It was such an easy way to make chicken and it was very moist. This is a keeper recipe.

I used my magic pot (knock off Le Crueset-Martha Stewart model).
