I'm glad you're feeling better and they've been able to narrow down the possible illnesses.

Default UPDATE #2

so i had my colonoscopy today. everything was good! no polyps. he said i was having spasms in my colon which could be due to nervousness. he said i should definitely do a high fiber diet and probiotics. i already do both of those but will really continue to be vigilant about it. i have my follow up in nov. i'm going to watch what i eat and try to do more yoga and stress management.

That's got to be a relief to have a normal colonoscopy! Good luck with your dietary adjustments and stress management - hopefully that'll help your symptoms.
