Where can I find these specialty binders?

Today at the bus stop, I saw a girl carrying a 2-inch binder by a handle. It looked like a Trapper Keeper. I've been looking online and haven't spotted it.

Anyone with a kid in elementary school that can help me out? Thanks.
My daughter has a binder like that. We got it at OfficeMax I think. The school required this type of handled-binder for all middle-school students this year, so they must be easy to find.
I have zero use for anything like that but man, I want one. I love school supplies.

Oh, no. I have no interest in going back to school. I didn't enjoy it a whole lot the first time. It's just not for me. There's just so much unnecessary BS mixed in, I can't take it.

Those binders just look like fun. I'm sure I need something organized and portable.
