it may be a glitch but why can i not unfriend or put someone into a group from my phone. i simply don't see the option. i'll look when i get home but i like to add "friends" to groups and i accepted a friend request but can't put that person in a group or even unfriend and re-add them to the group.
anyone have any ideas about this???

Go to the persons profile, and click on friends. A box will come up with all kinds of options, the bottom is to unfriend.

that's what i remember but for me it's not showing up as an option now. it's weird. it's not a huge big deal but it's bugging me that i can't get it to come up. i know i can probably do it from my computer but i can't now. the only button to press (that i'm seeing) is "message". i'm noticing this on any friends profile that i click too, not just this persons.

there was a recent upgrade. i think this is a glitch from the upgrade or maybe it's more controlling behavior by fb. i'll correct my issue at home and i won't be accepting friend requests on my phone if i can't put people in groups.

I know this is an old thread, but can someone tell me how to make sure I get notified of my friends birthdays on FB? People seem to always know mine and I don't think I get notified of theirs. I see a "notifications" setting, but nothing that says about birthdays specifically? Am I out of touch with the options available? Not surprising....

Not sure if you can get notifications, but if you're on a computer, it says it on the right hand side below the feed thingy. If you're on a phone, click on events (left side swipe...atleast on an iphone/ipad) and they will be listed there.
