Some people...

Good choice. I would've chosen Snow White too, WD. Have fun! You'll look great.

M2LR I get what you're saying, I just don't get it in this particular instance.

If someone posted all the time saying "I hate sex, I don't look sexy or act sexy, I don't wear sexy clothes" and then asked 'What sexy outfit should I wear?", I can see people saying "Hey you said you didn't dress sexy!"

But if someone posts saying "I like sex, I dress sexy, I feel sexy" and then asks "What sexy outfit should I wear?", I don't understand the negativity. She didn't reverse her opinion, she didn't lie, she didn't change her story, she simply asked a question about a costume.

I don't think anyone is right or wrong, good or bad, I just don't get the 8 pages coming out of a costume choice.

Oh, and WD, if you want to discuss sex in a forum without getting blasted or judged, maybe try a message board community that is more sexually oriented, like stripperweb.com. You don't have to be a stripper or even like them, but the atmosphere is much more welcoming to frank discussions of a sexual nature. It's just one example...probably not the best, but it's all I got! I like to lurk there for, uh, research purposes!

Diana, obviously my reply to your pm was not good enough. I explained my intentions regarding my first post to you as well as where my second comment came from. Like it or not, it is my opinion. I'm just as entitled to my opinion as you are to yours. I don't know if its an apology you want, which I pretty much doubt, and that's a good thing because I'm not giving one. Just as I said to you before, I will just make it a point in the future to not waste my time giving an opinion on any thread you start.

Seriously Diana, why are you getting so defensive? I mean, you only have several people on the board tearing you down for being a slut. Why would you feel the need to defend yourself? (I'm back to using my sarcasm button again).

Let me get on my holier than thou soapbox and say that I don't need to talk about sex all the time, or dress it, but I'm 28, married, and with a kid. Were things different when I was younger, single, and going out all the time? Ya. So whats the big deal? Do we really need to shove people into the dirt and say they're immature and childish when they ARE younger and probably less mature than we are? My point is, so what, we were all there at one point. Did I miss something here? I mean, when I signed up for this board I didn't realize we were all virtuous and waited til we got married to have sex.

From what we can read into some of these posts, maybe she is a sexual person, or maybe she just likes to talk about it. Either way, if it bothers you that much, and you feel the need to change her, I'd go about it differently than calling her names. Most people don't listen to that.

You know, I AM pregnant, so I'm no keeping track, but does everyone have their period again? This board is out of control lately!
