I voted keep some on, take some off. I leave my necklace and two bracelets on, but my watch and wedding rings come off. Sometimes I take my earrings off, sometimes I leave them in. Depends on my mood I guess, whether I want to be bothered to take them out.

So most people seem to take it all off or just some off.

Watch, any necklaces/bracelets & right hand rings come off for sleep. Earrings stay in & engagement ring/ wedding band/ anniversary band stay on.

I wear my wedding ring.
But... and this is strange....
I often wake up in the middle of the night and when I do I am always feeling for my wedding ring. I have a terrible feeling of aniexty or that I can't breathe.
Then I freak out and check to see if my husband is still breathing.
Scares the hell out of me!!

Some on some off. I don't wear a watch any more and I usually just take my rings off. The only earrings I take off are my diamond studs, the post are kind of long so they bother me at night. I also take off any earring which don't have backs. I'm not about to start searching through all the sheets for a lost earring just because I was too lazy to pull it off.

I keep it on. All.
For sleeping, swimming, working out, all the time.

I wear small necklace, bracelets, watch, rings.

I just take it off for a medical test or something like that.

The only jewelry I leave in is my piercing studs in the second hole, lol. Once they are old enough that they can go overnight without the earings I will remove them as well, so I voted take everything off as this is my preference and my habit when at all possible.

I wear all my jewely to bed. I have body piercings that would shrink or close if I removed the jewelry. I never take off my wedding ring. Well, it's not really my wedding ring. It's the fake wedding ring I wear so my dh won't freak out that my ring finger is naked because the real wedding ring is too big. Regardless, it never comes off.

Sometimes I take out my earrings because I don't want my lobes stretching out too much. I like them at the size they are now, half an inch. Usually, I sleep with them in.

I usually don't wear jewelry to bed, except for the black hair tie that is on my wrist 24/7.....for some odd reason.

I take it off. My doctor sad no one should sleep in earings, but even though the necklace migh be o.k. I still take that off too, just because you might damage it or the clasp if you're a rough sleeper or shower with necklaces on.
