B got to eat for the 1st time since Saturday morning so on the way home he wanted Chinese so that is what we did!!

That is a perfect dinner even tho I don't know what dutch crunch bread is. It has the word 'bread' in it, so what could be bad? : )

We had a late lunch at a Mexican place for DH's birthday so for dinner we had black forest cake!

Jaynee, I made some black bean burgers a while back that were really good, you should give those a try! I had made some a few years ago that were less than edible (blech), but I couldn't get enough of these.

Which reminds me I should make some, so thanks for that.

It was actually GOOD! Two days dedicated to making that thing and if it wasn't good I may have had a breakdown. Main thing, DH loved it and felt special on his birthday so that's the best part.

Mmmm, fried rice...one of my favorites!
