If you're ever in the mood to make enchiladas verde the salsa verde at TJ's makes a good sauce mixed with a little sour cream.

We have a pizza night once a week and I have been craving an onion and cheese pizza for weeks. That's what I am having. The husband and kid are having a meat lover's pizza.

Baked fish and cucumber salad. It's a good thing I don't have any Halloween candy in the house because I feel a candy binge coming on.

Black eyed peas (with onion and celery cooked in veggie broth) over jasmine rice, cornbread and a big salad.
Pumpkin spice cake for dessert!  I want to take a dive right into that cream cheese frosting and swim around.

I have these little graham cracker stick dippers that would be great with leftover frosting. I may have to make extra next time just for that.

A huge salad with:
lettuce
tomato
black beans
corn
salsa
shredded taco cheese mix
crunched up tortilla chips
and I made avocado ranch dressing to top it off

Yum! That's one of our summer-time favorites!
I had leftover enchilada casserole. I was pretty happy with the results and it was even better as leftovers!

We ordered thai...hubby, toddler, and I shared yellow chicken curry, pad thai, and mango sticky rice. Other 2 non-thai eating boys had nuggets and cut up fruit.
I have been craving thai, japanese, and indian nonstop with this pregnancy! We just got pho earlier this week.

Took 4 lbs of tomatoes from the garden and made some sauce that simmered all afternoon. Froze half and the other half I added some browned Italian chicken sausage to and we had it over sketti with salad and garlic toast.
Pretty sure I'll never buy a jarred sauce again.
