I made a huge salad with mixed greens, romaine, snap peas, walnuts, strawberries, oranges, celery, carrots, radishes, chives, blood orange vinegar, a little balsamic, and a little olive oil.

My husband took me to Gibson's Steakhouse in Chicago for our anniversary dinner. I ordered the small filet, but should have gotten the regular sized one. So.freaking.good.
oh yeah, had a salad, too.

I ended up having a mesclun salad with balsamic vinaigrette and sunflower seeds and a salmon burger with a creamy dill caper sauce.

steak on the grill, crescent rolls, carrots, strawberries and blackberries, and cinnamon rolls for dessert (we needed lots of food to make it thru the 4.5 hour Lost finale. : )
