I/4 of a falafel burger and my latest experiment: chopped mango, onion, cabbage, and yellow pepper over brown rice. Lol

Mixed greens and spinach salad with cranberries, sliced almonds, grilled chicken with Asian sesame dressing (no dressing for DH, that freak) and I've got bread sticks in the oven that smell so good I may slap myself if they don't hurry up so I can have one.

Nothing, because my mom is out of town and apparently all my dad knows how to do is buy fast food! Which is fine by me, but I was at work when they went. Apparently, they tried calling my phone, but it went straight to voicemail. I had my phone glued to my hand the whole night! Methinks they forgot.

Grilled steak with chimichurri sauce, corn on the cob, grilled veggie kebabs and mashed potatoes.

I can't seem to let this thread die. It gives me ideas because I'm brain dead 94% of the time.
