Made crab cakes and hush puppies...mmmmm!
chile relleno!!! YUM! DH and I REALLY need to go out to eat a little more often, so many places around here and we've only eaten at one Mexican place. There are two in RP right next to each other with similar names that I wanna compare. And there is this cupcake place right next door we could go for dessert... ugh. It's like pulling teeth to get him to eat at a restaurant.

Tonight was:
Honey dijon chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce for me and Franks Chile & Lime for DH
Rice pilaf
Roasted zucchini

That's great FC, so glad you liked it!

That's what I love about this thread, getting ideas because I get stuck in a rut so easily.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.
My daughter is making sliders.
Bean soup with kale and ham. I bought some pretzel rolls to go with it, interested to see how they are.

Last night was BLT with progresso Chicken Tuscan soup. Could have done without the soup, it's got a spice that I'm not fond of (but can never remember it). The BLT was fab though! I told the SO to mash the avocados before they become overripe and I spread that on the toast instead of mayo (really dislike mayo). OMG I will never go back to mayo again!

Went for Chinese/Thai for lunch. I think dinner will be fresh side pork fried crisp with raw veggies and homemade blue cheese dressing.

Baked flounder with Old Bay Seasoning and clementine zest. Whole wheat pasta with 3 different kinds of olives, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, garlic, olive oil and green peas. And of course parm reg cheese over all of it. Yum!
Great dinner out today - clams, oysters, shrimp, fish, crab legs, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies in a garlic sauce, soup, salad, and a beer. : ) I feel like a whale.
