We are having a little party for the kids and their friends. We are ordering pizza and having a chocolate fondue with bananas, strawberries, marshmallows, pretzels, and graham crackers for dipping. Should be fun I made heart shaped pancakes and heart shaped strawberries for breakfast.

Hubby and I went out for a valentine's day lunch this past weekend and I got a caesar salad and basil tomato soup with some awesome italian bread. We shared a sundae that had coffee ice cream, pecans, and fudge. It was delicious.

Really bad stew and biscuits. Last night was wild rice soup, which was better.

I'm on Day 2 of a 3 day detox fast so tonight's supper was a mess of roasted veggies, black soybeans, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds.

Dinner was roasted veggies and salmon.
Now I'm in the kitchen making stuff to freeze. So far - low carb lasagna and a sugar free, flour free chocolate pecan torte.

I wanna be in Jeep's kitchen.

I made sandwiches with the leftover pot roast on toasted rolls with onions and pepper jack cheese with au jus to dip in and tater tots. Mr. Spring loves his tots.

^ I am a member of a local firehall where we get some of our favorite hot wings and a fantastic hot pepper philly steak. We also like the there because they have tater tots on the menu. : )

Pasta with ground beef, spinach and a cheesy garlicy sauce. It smells and tastes better than it sounds. I promise. And it gets my kids to eat spinach

Chicken tortilla soup, cornbread, and baked tortilla strips!

I can't wait to eat it.

Mr. Spring requested burgers on the grill with waffle fries and after all the hard work he did in the yard today he can have what the heck ever he wants.

Rou, although you may be referring to someone of the male persuasion, I would love to come and share that with you. I don't get mushrooms nearly enough and that sounds SO darn good.
