Jeep

I'll send the link to DH. And then I'll have to explain to him what self-rising flour is and how to make it. Baby steps.

Thank you!

Yesterday we ate a really late lunch so for dinner I had cinnamon Life cereal and Honey Bunches of Oats mixed together and a slice of cranberry oat banana bread. Or two.

Tonight will be beef and onion stir fry over a big pile of romaine. Sliced apple with lemon juice, sugar free vanilla syrup, and cinnamon. And pita bread baked into chips.

I'm about to get started on some meat sauce so it can simmer to put over some funky shaped pasta Mr. Spring picked out. We'll have a big salad (our garden is overflowing with lettuce!) and some garlic bread on the side.

We are all in-and-out today, so it's pulled pork in the crock pot, Sun Chips and carrots.

I think I'll make Szechwan shrimp and cabbage stew. We actually got some snowflakes last night so I'm in the mood for something hot and spicy.

I had plans to make this: Skillet Cajun Spiced Flounder with Tomatoes | Skinnytaste

I just can't get motivated to do it. DH is out having a beer with co-workers, I think I'll have him pick something up on the way home. The fish can wait until tomorrow.

I thought so too! If you scroll down to the comments, she tells you how to make your own Cajun seasoning...you probably have all the spices. I'm definitely making it tomorrow night now that I have thawed fish in the fridge!
