Really craving mashed potatoes. So that for sure..probably pesto mash. Not sure what else yet maybe breaded pork chops or maybe chicken. Steamed broccoli too.

Went to visit the oddparents tonight. This is what they gave me to eat -
a big plate of side pork, italian bread, and a giant bottle of hot sauce
candy
an orange
donuts
pepperoni bread
hard pretzels
Yes they are the champions of low carb eating. I think I got diabetes, high blood pressure, and the gout while I was there. : )

Last night was adobo and rice.
Tonight I'm hoping its sinigang. Fingers and toes are crossed for it! I hope the BFF/SO didn't eat it all!!! Mmmm.... sinigang......

Last night was chicken marinated in yogurt, cumin, fresh parsley, garlic and lemon broiled in the oven. W/ saffron rice that I tossed with some jarred marinated veggies and sun dried tomatoes. Cucumber onion tomato salad on side with a bit of the leftover chicken marinade (before I put the chicken in it as not to contaminate myself)
It was delish.
tonight will be less satisfying. I really want inappropriate food.
spaghetti squash (not in season)
oysters on the half shell (not safe and I don't know how to shuck)
maduros
instead, we'll be having pasta w/ quick bolongese sauce
