Courtesy of the hot bar and salad bar at Whole Foods, I had tabouleh, collard greens, dumplings, pasta and smoked mozzarella salad, waldorf salad, a slice of brisket, fresh green peas and corn. Just a little bit of each.

An odd combination today, which isn't unusual when I cook for myself. I make whatever I'm hungry for.
salmon patties with cucumber dill sauce
garlic bean dip with whole grain crackers
watermelon and mandarin oranges

Spicy chickpeas with beef & cilantro and corn. Maybe a sticky bun for dessert since there are breakfast leftovers.

No dindin for me tonight, I had a big lunch and I'm not hungry. Last night's dinner was a vegan tuna salad sandwich. Yum!

We had a late lunch out around 3:30-4, which was spinach and mushroom quiche with a side salad. Yum! Just had a snack of iced coffee and a couple slices of zucchini bread for "dinner."

a really big salad w/ sprouts, peppers, swiss chard (bleh), and every other veggie I could find in the fridge. I pan fried some Seitan strips for the added protein.

Salmon with rice and veggies again! I don't really like fish that has been defrosted so nearly always end up having the same dinner two nights in a row. I think I may add soy sauce to the salmon.

Grilled steak, roasted corn, grilled vidalia onions and mushrooms, mashed potatoes. Good ole' fashioned dinner.

My hubby's truck driving cousin popped in for a visit so I figured steak would be nice.
I love beef stroganoff, haven't had it in AGES!
