CP meatloaf w/ cajun sausage
Last night we had spinach lemon orzo soup and I added garbanzo beans.

Tonight is pizza Friday, heck yeah!

I take care of an older lady in one of our senior housing places (her kids are useless and she has no one else) so she cooks for me once a month or so and she's a fab cook.
Tonight she made me a fantastic seafood chowder, humungous biscuits, and coconut cream pie. Mmmm.

My kids were dancing all day so we went out for a late dinner of burgers. Mine had pepper cheese, chipotle mayo and jalapenos. We also had cheese curds and really good orange cream soda.

Last night was chicken marinated in yogurt, cumin, fresh parsley, garlic and lemon broiled in the oven. W/ saffron rice that I tossed with some jarred marinated veggies and sun dried tomatoes. Cucumber onion tomato salad on side with a bit of the leftover chicken marinade (before I put the chicken in it as not to contaminate myself)

It was delish.

tonight will be less satisfying. I really want inappropriate food.
spaghetti squash (not in season)
oysters on the half shell (not safe and I don't know how to shuck)
maduros

instead, we'll be having pasta w/ quick bolongese sauce
