Mushrooms, roasted veggies, and breaded meat (I guess this is the Italian version of chicken fried steak).

Ribeye with mushrooms, corn on the cob, and mac & cheese. It was one of the few times lately that the hubby has been home for dinner, so I wanted to do something a little nicer than my usual quick meals.

Soft shell taco's. I didn't really want them, but I had the stuff on hand to make them.

I'm not too sure what I'm cooking but what I DO know is that I'm eating a salad. Lettuce, tomato, corn, & avocado, with salt, olive oil, and vinegar as my dressing.

The boyfriend made a big pot of veggie soup and brought me some so I'll have that and leftover breaded meat.

Is RCW eating punctuation for dinner or is that a spot on my screen that needs cleaning?

Hubby and I walked to the local French place. I think the predominant feature of my meal was too much Malbec, but with it there was a lovely French onion soup, garlic pommes frites and a pot de creme.
