Mr. Spring has his motorcycle safety course until 10:30 tonight so I'm single girl eating. Leftover fish sticks and mac n cheese for me. At least it's all homemade.

My neighbors mom made biscuits, but she rolled them out and sprinkled cooked sausage and cheese on them, rolled up like cinnamon rolls and cut and baked. Oh. My. Word. So good. So I had one of those then whatever snacks at the party we're going to tonight will be dinner.

My husband did a favor for his grandmother yesterday so in return she made her "gravy" for us to make enchiladas at our house. Her beans are on the stove cooking away now.

I took some big bookshelves over to my sister's and helped her move furniture around, so she made me dinner. Tuna steaks, mashed cauliflower, carrots with garlic and pistachios. And a nice cold Yuengling.

BBC - Food - Recipes : Creamy pasta with salmon

Although it smells a bit like sweaty feet.

Also I only had white onions and rocket in the fridge instead of red onions and parsley

Jealous! Corn isn't quite ready here yet.

I think we're having leftovers for dinner. Gotta clean out the fridge.

LA, I'll eat a row for ya.

I OD on corn when it's in season. I could eat it every single night and never get sick of it. One day I'll grow my own!

Gutbombs. That is what a friend of mine calls sausage/pepper/ onion subs (hoagie/sandwich). Fresh Italian sweet sausage. Yum!!
