The plan is grilled ham and cheese and tomato soup. Although I just checked my tetra pack of tomato soup and it said the expire date is May 23 2012. Do I chance it or buy new soup...ugh! It's my favorite brand, stupid expire date!

Spaghetti! It's my boys' favorite. One has 2 ear infections and they both got put on steroids due to their asthma being out of control. Poor boys. 2 and 3 year olds. So spaghetti it is!!

saria, why can't you reheat stir fried chicken liver and onions? I had my leftover beef liver and onions for lunch today and it was still great.

My boss's wife brought me a loaf of bread she had just made today and I got a beautiful tomato and some romaine at the market yesterday and had some bacon in the freezer so tonight was open faced BLT's. Oh they were good.

The livers are cut in strips and cooked really fast so they're still pink. With carry-over and then re-heating, they're just not as nice and creamy. A bigger piece holds up better.

Steamed fish and veggie foil packs. Quick, simple, healthy, zero dishes to wash afterwards, and cooks in 15 minutes. That's what I call winning!

Dinner at the firehall. Fireman's Philly steak sandwich without the bun (beef, chicken, cheese, hot peppers, mmmm), and 4 or 5 flavors of wings.

Tonight I have absolutely no idea, but I do know I'm not cooking.

Chicken and pastry, kale, sweet potatoes. Not cooking tomorrow unless it's something sweet.

Y'all, I can't even believe I'm going to type this, but here goes.

Country fried steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, more gravy, roasted veggies, and salad. And did I mention gravy?

Lard help me.
