A veggie dog on an 8 grain pita with onions, jalapenos, and ketchup. Raw veggies and homemade blue cheese dressing. Dark chocolate with orange bits in it for dessert.

Well tonight is veggies and frozen pizza. LOL. I vowed to eat at home all week....did that except for the 50 cent corndogs on Halloween. LOL. So tonight is easy mom night...besides kids have been begging for pizza.

We had grilled hot dogs last night. I don't know what came over me, I had planned to make spaghetti and meatballs but when I was in the store I just got this serious craving for a hot dog! We had broccoli on the side...so that cancels out all the bad, right? Oh, and they were nitrate/nitrite free...hehe
Tonight is date night. Hubby is going to be out of the country for the next 2 1/2 weeks, so we are spending our last night together at the most delicious Italian restaurant.

Salmon patties with roasted sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, carrots, black beans, and walnuts. And 1 square of Lindt Intense Orange Dark Chocolate. It's addicting and I could eat the whole bar.

I wish I knew.
I just ate a Reese's Easter egg and my stash is almost gone. I suppose that can't be considered dinner though.
(can anyone tell I'm less than inspired to feed us tonight?)

A big pot of sauce on the stove with chicken and pork thrown in. Will have it with rotini and some garlic wheat bread. I would like a big salad too but I'm too lazy to go to the store and get fixins.

I want rice cakes from Shanghai Gate, boiled and pan-fried dumplings from One of the Kind, char siu, soy sauce chicken, and roast duck rice plate from one of the Chinatown restaurants, and stir-fried rice noodles with brisket from Great Taste. Why is it so difficult to choose?!!

Guess what? I have no idea, yet again! 
It's like I have brain block lately on what to make. We're going to the grocery in a bit to pick up bananas so I'm hoping for some inspiration and to pick up something quick.

I got dumplings at One of the Kind, both pan-fried and boiled and spicy lamb skewers and Sichuan double-cooked pork belly. The pork belly was ridiculously delicious. I wish I'd gotten the large portion. Damn that was good.
