Last night:
Pulled pork bbq sliders
Baked beans
Tater tots
and there would be coleslaw on that list had I not forgotten to put it on the darn plate.
Tonight:
Lettuce wraps - ground beef/turkey mix with cabbage, carrots, onions, sweet n' spicy sauce and chopped peanuts. I'm already wanting leftovers.
Rice
Chicken and vegetable pot stickers

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

It's a bbq kind of day!
I'm making a bbq pizza and we'll have salad with it. I might take slaw and put in on my pizza, we'll see how that goes.

Homemade garlic rolls, mashed potatoes (got 10 lbs to go through), zuccihini baked w/ parm cheese, and steamed broccoli. The guys had beef and gravy with theirs.
I came home and the guys were washing the dishes and cleaning up the kitchen. I refuse to cook if the kitchen is dirty. So they wash if they want to eat. I wash as I go along so I don't have a huge mess.

Lettuce wrap leftovers.
Mr. Spring has deemed this his new most favorite meal which makes me super happy since I sorta love it...a lot. We rarely really love the same things when it comes to food.

Spaghetti and sauce. No meat, no salad, and no after dinner dessert...lol because I ate the cookies first!

pot roast soup. I just take my pot roast and veggies, add a bit of water, throw in some macaroni, and it's soup!

A deer roast has been in the crock pot all day. Will be having it with sauteed cabbage and green beans with caramelized peaches for dessert.

I had no idea until my neighbor brought over homemade chicken pot pie a few minutes ago. Oh my word, I'm never moving!!! I can't wait for dinner and now I don't have to go to the grocery. I'll make salad to go with it.
I'm craving pot roast (of the beef variety) so I'll have to do one this week.

Baked haddock covered in greek yogurt, dill and Parmesan with quinoa. And I still haven't worked out how to cook quinoa properly.
Edit: Greek yogurt was grey yogurt. Grey yogurt would be in the bin, not on my dinner.

Dinner will be chili. Lunch (since my search function is not working and I do not want to dig for a thread) was a spinach salad, with veggies and toasted almonds.

How is it that you have neighbors that bring you food?! I haven't ever had that and you have it everywhere you go!

munchy, this is the first time we've ever had neighbors who share. Which is probably a good thing because I'd be big as a darn house otherwise. In CT we never even met any of our neighbors and in FL, well... none of our neighbors really spoke to us much, but that's a whole other story.
Our neighbors here just happen to be from GA too and I think we've both got that southern "share all the foods" thing going on. If you lived next door I'd gladly share!
Tonight we're having ginger soy marinated cod (from TJ's frozen section, never had it and hope it's good), steamed green beans, and rice.

Spring, maybe that's it. I've only lived in CT and I know very few of my neighbors other than the nod or wave.
I'd probably eat a lot more if someone brought me food.
