Add my Uncles Mexican cornbread to the NY menu. It is delicious, and incredibly HOT!!

Whatever we pick up. We've been driving for the last 6 hours (on a 5 hour trip) with a howling Mojo in the back seat. Do. Not. Want. To. Cook.

Little Cesar's Pizza from kits we bought for an elementary school fund raiser. YUM! And the kiddos assembled them. I had to do NOTHING :-)

My neighbor made cioppino with clams, mussels, scallops and shrimp served in bread bowls with baked potatoes and they invited us over "to have a taste" (as they put it), but they kept putting more on our plates so that ended up being dinner. Works for me, I didn't have to cook! She also made sea bass wrapped in proscuitto and there were stuffed oysters we had a little of as well.

cyndi, absolutely!

I am going to hate moving so, so much in three years. I might as well buy stock in Kleenex because I'm going to need a truck load of them.

I have a beautiful venison loin that will be cooked up Pittsburgh rare tonight. And a boatload of roasted veggies.

Leftover soup - don't know what to call it but it has Italian sausage, tortellini, tomatoes, and other veggies. It's delish!

Rice-less sadness (which is redundant, I know). Y'all don't understand my pain and distress!
