Whatever we pick up. We've been driving for the last 6 hours (on a 5 hour trip) with a howling Mojo in the back seat. Do. Not. Want. To. Cook.
I AM THE NEANDERTHAL SLAYER!!!
Little Cesar's Pizza from kits we bought for an elementary school fund raiser. YUM! And the kiddos assembled them. I had to do NOTHING :-)
It's New Years Day so as always it is pork, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, corn bread.

My neighbor made cioppino with clams, mussels, scallops and shrimp served in bread bowls with baked potatoes and they invited us over "to have a taste" (as they put it), but they kept putting more on our plates so that ended up being dinner. Works for me, I didn't have to cook! She also made sea bass wrapped in proscuitto and there were stuffed oysters we had a little of as well.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

cyndi, absolutely!

I am going to hate moving so, so much in three years. I might as well buy stock in Kleenex because I'm going to need a truck load of them.

I could really go for that awesome navy bean and sauerkraut soup I love so much.
I made a tomato basil cheddar soup, salad with a simple quick dressing, and Gardein chick'n strips.

Leftover soup - don't know what to call it but it has Italian sausage, tortellini, tomatoes, and other veggies. It's delish!

I had chicken marsala, ziti and organic spinich with marinara sauce with grated parm cheese sprinkled on it.
Rice, daal, cabbage stir fry, spicy mashed potatoes and spinach with potatoes
Rice-less sadness (which is redundant, I know). Y'all don't understand my pain and distress!
