everyone always talks about fish tacos, are they really that GOOD?
I mean I love seafood, so I'm sure they're good..but I've never had them.

I really like them! I especially enjoy the grilled fish in them. I've tried a few recipes for them in the past I wasn't thrilled with, but this time they were right on. I think I over complicated it before.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

A piece of leftover veggie-lover's pizza from Pomodoro's. Almost as good as Sebastiano's. But not quite...

Made crab cakes and meringues with chocolate mousse this morning. All low carb. They smelled and looked so good I ate them for breakfast instead of dinner. : )

Still planning, but I think braised kale with Canadian bacon, sweet corn on the cob and still figuring out another veggie to have with it.
Trying to eat a little lighter after some scrumptious waffles for breakfast and knowing we're having ice cream tonight for dessert!

So last night we had turkey sandwiches and chips instead.
So tonight I'm trying chicken sausage with kale, sauteed cabbage and bacon and corn on the cob. I've got cabbage and kale that need to be eaten up ASAP!

I just made a veggie pizza with a garlic dough (purchased, but really good), onions, red bell pepper, and broccoli and tomatoes from my mother's garden. It is cooling now... I am so hungry!

Grilled steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn on the cob.
A veggie pizza sounds so good, I could have gone for that tonight instead for sure.
