I made a casserole that 1/2 was broccoli and 1/2 was chicken. My brother is vegetarian and his wife is having post-partum food aversions towards onions, garlic, and broccoli, so it was a compromise. They both loved it!
The rest of the family not only ate some of each, but a couple of us let our foods touch.

Ummmm, yes please. We're going for brunch, so glad they serve breakfast until 2 because we're never out early enough on a weekend to get breakfast anywhere. The only problem is I'm starving and have no idea what to get!

Stuffed crust cheese feast pizza. Yeah, I'm eating premade pizza from a box. It's doesn't happen that often.

OMG I ate so terrible today. Had a political breakfast so I was forced (forced I tell ya!) to eat pancakes and sausage and maple syrup that just got cooked this week. And some pastries somehow ended up in my purse. : )
Then a visit to the oddparents which entailed every kind of candy and snack food and horribly unhealthy food you can think of.
Supper will be with the boyfriend at a neighborhood Italian joint. I think I'm just going to get meatballs and sauce and bread.

Spinach and arugula sauteed in garlic and olive oil, and then a "healthy" version of boxed mac and cheese, which is not as good as the Kraft crap for which I've rediscovered a deep, abiding love.

Tonight was brown rice, roasted asparagus and pan-sauted salmon - or "flish" as Mr B calls it while making teenaged boy gagging faces. *sigh*

Tonight is dinner with my mom. We are having lasagna, a good bread, and some other various green stuff. I'm really not sure what, but I know she will have plenty of it.

Spaghetti, corn & baby lima beans, garlic bread.
My neighbors mom made a cream cheese pound cake so that will be dessert. Nobody tell my mom, but it's the best pound cake I've never had. Not packy and dense, but so light and fluffy.

But it still had a tight crumb! It was perfect, you hush it up, sister. 
Mr. Spring has a pork roast going in the smoker, but it won't be ready for dinner so we're having burgers and steak fries.

I don't know WTF to call it other than nomalicious. 
And I'm pretty sure she made it just because we were talking the day before about how I miss having my nanny's pound cake, so that makes it all the better that she'd do that for me. (this is just me being sappy and missing my family)
That aside, it was still the best MF'ing pound cake.

Last night was lettuce wraps. Ground turkey/ground beef mix with toasted peanuts and shredded cabbage with rice and avocado on the side.
Tonight BBQ pork sandwiches, slaw, and tater tots.
