Going to a favorite church dinner tonight - chicken and biscuits (chicken n gravy over bisc, not fried chicken patty on a bisc), mashed potatoes, corn, and all the homemade desserts I can stuff in my face. : )

springy! I made your Cheesy Potato Soup (yummydeliciousgoodnessslurp) for dinner tonight, and Mr B did NOT add hot sauce to it. This is the second time I've made a recipe you posted and he didn't add a single. darn. thing. Who is this guy?

Oh my word, that is AWESOME!!!!! (seriously, my head looks just like that emote right now I'm so thrilled)

Tonight we're having some BBQ and Brunswick stew I took out of the freezer I made a while back. We're going to try the bbq on some pretzel slider buns, not sure how that will be, but I'm willing to take a risk.

A spinach salad I threw together (spinach, beets, feta, kidney beans, and avocado...white balsamic and olive oil for dressing). Now I'm enjoying a glass of wine and a chocolate cookie leftover from camping this weekend. Yum!

We are having tilapia marinated in Italian dressing and then drained and baked with parmesean cheese and Italian bread crumbs on top. Even my mother who doesn't like fish will eat this!

Probably have brussel sprouts too. And garlic bread.

Minestrone soup with little garlic rubbed crostini. I'm bringing leftovers to work. It made a ton!

Hoppin' John over rice

What started out as needing to use up some random stuff and having no idea what I would make turned out pretty tasty. I am NOT good at making it up as I go, I need a recipe (it's just who I am, don't judge) and I'm always shocked when something turns out darn tasty that didn't start with a recipe.

B-wavy, you obviously know me very well!

I made Brunswick stew a while back and it turned out so good, but did I write it down? Hell no.
