Dinner with the boyfriend and son at the local Italian joint around the corner. The kid had a perfectly beautiful calzone, the boyfriend had baked ricotta ravioli, and I had linguini with clams and mussels.

We're grilling chicken kabobs and serving with a nice fettoush salad with plenty of mint, parsley and lemon. Yum!

Sisters' Sunday dinner. I made mushroom soup, older sis is bringing some sort of salad, younger sis is bringing nut bread. We'll also have crescent rolls and fresh fruit daiquiris (watermelon/strawberry/kiwi).

We had homemade pizza last night (mozerella & blue cheese).

But oooooh my goodness for desert we had homemade coffee milkshakes (homemade coffee ice cream, with extra cold pressed coffee, a little milk, and more than a little kalua). Mindblowingly yummy I tell ya!

Brussel sprouts! I haven't had any in ages. I opened the bag of frozen sprouts, boiled them, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese and it was delicious! Canteloupe is dessert. Yum, yum

I looked for this thread forever, months ago, and could not find it. My search won't work, so I gave up. Thank you for bumping it, Jeep.

Tonight I had breakfast for dinner. Last night was Chicken soup.

I have a devil of a time with the search function here but it finally popped up.
I had breakfast for dinner last night too. Reindeer sausage, pancakes with birch syrup, wheat toast with rose hip jelly.

^ I had toast, bacon, gravy (made with a bit of bacon grease), and eggs.

I was going to pick up some food for dinner tonight but my mom wants my friend and I to come over and eat with her. She is making Obama Lasagna. It's the white house recipe but she made it for us a few years ago, and we have called it that since. Loaded with spinach, and good!

I looked up the recipe and it sounds light. Is it less cheesy tasting than other lasagnas?
