What's for dinner?

Absolutely no idea. I have a few different options ready to go but have not been able to decide between veggie soup and a grilled cheese or a steak.

A bowl of cereal! haha. I was exhausted after work today ... haven't had a day off in two weeks ... so I got home and sat on the couch, woke up in a puddle of drool two hours later, and made myself a bowl of cereal. I did have a healthy breakfast and lunch though.

I had some of my vegetable beef stew today and was fed again a couple hours later when I went to my Aunts. She insisted, and you don't refuse. I had toast and eggs. I have been stuffed since.

I absolutely love my Aunt to no end and she is an incredibly talented artist, quilter, craftswoman but a good cook she is not. *Other than soup, Chicken and Dumplings and quick finger foods* She bought a NuWave Oven (that just screams 80's doesn't it) and cooked hamburgers in it. Very different taste, and she just eats burgers on sandwich bread. After a few bites she decided she hated it and took the burgers away from everyone. She then made grilled cheese sandwiches. So I had less than half of a wonder bread mama burger (as Eddie Murphy says) and a grilled cheese.

Not feeling the best.

I'm actually craving cornbread. I rarely do because it's a staple on most tables. I think I will make some tonight. Heat up my little cast iron skillet, melt some butter in it, pour the batter in and let a good bottom crust begin.

No idea what I will have to go with it. I'll have to see what I can dig up, or what I need to use up.

I'm craving corn on the cob.
So I'll be having that.
No idea what else.

I have half a small pack of hamburger meat left, some rice and a lovely green pepper so I am going to break out my little crock pot and make a stuffed bell pepper for dinner. I've got stock and a few extras to season my rice with. Should be yummy.

Sister is coming over for supper and wants homemade mushroom soup and luckily I have a big batch in the freezer. I also tried a new beer bread recipe last night and it is the bomb-diggity.
