Just to make Jeep feel better, my dinner was a corn dog at the pool (last day for the summer) and a bowl of Life when I got home.

I made a lovely dinner last night with roast beef and baked potatoes, broccoli w/ cheese sauce, and fresh sliced tomatoes. Yummy.

Fair food I haven't had any in years, but came close with ballpark food last weekend. I shared fried dough (we call them elephant ears in GA) with powdered sugar and fried chicken tenders with fries. I haven't ingested that much grease in years!

I'm making my first whole roasted chicken. Pray for me.

I think on the side we'll have spicy roasted sweet potatoes and....yet to be determined. Maybe salad.
