Mixed-green farmer's salad dressed with balsamic vinegar and agave nectar.
Baked sweet potato with a pat of butter and liberal amounts of pumpkin pie spice (so freakin' delicious).
Sauteed kale with garlic.

Tonight I am having eggs, cooked with scallions, oyster sauce, and soy sauce, over white rice. I don't feel like cooking tonight.

My hubs is a tater tot FREAK. I got the 8lb bag from the wholesale club and I had to get creative. They're handy as a topping for shepherds pie and also good used in a breakfast bake. I will not be buying tater tots again for a while.

I made some homemade macaroni and cheese... The recipe called for an entire block of Velveeta cheese. And of course, I'd never question a recipe.
Goodness gracious, it was delicious.
Also, we didn't have any macaroni, so I used campanelle. I think I preferred that!

I had the tour of Italy (lasagna, chicken parm, and fettuccine alfredo) from the Olive Garden with their salad and it was delicious. It also cost me less to buy than to actually make it myself.

Haha, my husband is the opposite. He got sick off some tots from a fast food place nearby and hasn't touched them since. He gets nauseous even smelling them baking while he's in the house. Luckily he's in class tonight.

I wish I had some tater tots. I LOVE tater tots. If my kids weren't in bed I would run myself over to Sonic.

I stopped at the oddparents' house and they always stuff me full of food. So within an hour or so I had pasta with pesto, salami, licorice, peanut butter cookies, mixed nuts, tea, root beer, cinnamon hearts, caramel corn. Super healthy, eh?
