I've had no appetite for a week. Maybe some crackers cheese and goose liver pate.

Potato soup is in the crock pot and homemade bread bowls are ready to go into the oven. First time making both, so I hope they turn out as yummy as they smell!

Cheesy potato soup (because I was lazy and had Sonic a few nights ago when I was supposed to make it!).

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

Tried out this Tex Mex Potato Cheddar Soup and it's a keeper! I made a few changes, but nothing major.

They are very delicious. It's just crock pot meatballs. They have jelly, chilli sauce, garlic, and dijon mustard.

I can definitely appreciate those ingredients mixed together as a glaze for meatballs.

Mmm. Those meatballs sound good.
Tonight I plan on making a huge buffalo chicken salad with some cut up strawberries and minneola. I think I'll make a strawberry vinaigrette for the dressing.

Improvised beef stroganoff. I have beef, mushrooms and greek yogurt simmering whilst the rice cooks. It smells good!

I gotta say, that sweet potato salad was pretty awesome. I kind of want to make it again. Perfect balance of sweet, tangy, tiny bit spicy. Filling and full of flavor. Mmmm.

Chicken enchiladas with a spinach sour cream sauce instead of tomato based. Rice, corn and black beans on the side.

We had 5 1/2" of snow fall on Monday and we are getting another storm today that is supposed to last about 14 hours, so I am making chicken noodle soup tonight.
