I'm going to give this spinach tomato orzo soup a try with a grilled cheese.

I do too, and I don't even know the man.

Seriously, I'm sure you realize how lucky you are!

I totally blew my low carb low sugar diet last nite. Went to the Waffle House for choc chip waffles and jalapeno hashbrowns. Then they handed us big pieces of birthday cake (for one of the employees) and of course I ate it all.

It was going to be shrimp fried rice, but I forgot to make rice last night. I also have some baby bok choy and I've never eaten nor cooked it before so I'll figure that out as my side and that will be dinner tomorrow.

Tonight: leftover orzo soup and some crusty bread.

I'm thinking that we are going to have veggie omelets and bacon. I am really on an egg kick lately.

The little burger joint in our 'hood, Babe's, has opened a second joint, so we're going over there to congratulate the owners on their expansion...and to eat one of the best burgers in town.

I made a huge bowl of guacamole with tomatoes and cucumbers. And pretty much ate just that for supper.

Shrimp fried rice and I may very well eat the entire damn skillet. I added mushrooms, onions, snow peas and green peas. Love.
